About Mando
I currently work as an accountant for reddit, inc., a tech company in San Francisco. I graduated from San Francisco State where I earned a degree in Accounting with a Minor in education. I've always been passionate about teaching and tutoring is something I truly enjoy.
While attending SFSU, I worked as a teacher for preschool children as part of a branch of AmeriCorps called Jumpstart. Although I didn't teach math or accounting here, I really learned to take lessons step by step and as clear as possible.
I love my job working as an accountant. There's a ton of numbers that I deal with every day! The best part about it is that with numbers, it’s really hard to mess up because you can always see what happened. Did I add wrong? Did I include the wrong numbers? Something isn't adding up! That is all math and honestly, math is what makes the world go round.
Teaching has always been a passion of mine. Accounting and education as degrees don't go hand and hand but I like to think I can teach accounting to a five year old!
I have a degree in Accounting and a minor in Education. I can teach accounting to a five year old, no problem!
