About Nan

I started my teaching career 10 years ago when I worked in Shenyang International School in China. I was amazed by the learning and inspiring environment in a second grade classroom. That made me become a teacher.

About the lesson

First, use diagnostic assessments to determine learning level. This can be done by informal observation, communication, and reading materials.

Then, communicate with students/parents for the learning goal/purpose to set up an action plan.

Lastly, find student interest and personal strengths to enhance learning engagement.
