About

Welcome! My name is Natalie Corona. I am a certified math teacher in Illinois. I have taught math for six years. I have taught sixth through eighth grade math. Most times, when I tell people I am a middle school math teacher, they go on to tell me how much they dislike math and how it was so hard for them. Well, I am here to tell you that you do not need to dread taking a math class. I was that person who felt intimidated by math until I had the right teacher who really helped me to understand it, understand how math plays such an important role in all stages of our lives and that it can be fun. Math is actually really fun! My goal is to tie math concepts that are required for each middle school grade to real life experiences! I am a mom to three kids ages 5, 8, and 10. I love fitness, at home DIY projects, cooking and reading.

Natalie GETS kids! She tutored all 3 of my kids throughout middle school in algebra and prepared them for their high school entrance exams. They always looked forward to their tutoring sessions with Natalie. Her approachable, fun, energetic personality motivates even the most reluctant learners. In a sea of online tutors, Natalie stands out for all the reasons above. She exceeded all expectations and I confidently recommend her for your math tutoring needs!

My son was having a hard time in math at school, so we brought Natalie on board to give him extra support. Natalie was so great at breaking down the concepts so they were easily understandable and making sure my son was confident with the work before she moved on. I would highly recommend Natalie to anyone looking for that extra support for their kiddo(s)!
