About Hitham
Hello, my name is Hitham Hamdon, and I’m excited to work with you! I have a bachelor's degree in economics from UC Davis, where I excelled in my studies, receiving A grades in all of my calculus courses. I’ve developed strong mathematics skills in algebra, trigonometry, and calculus, which I apply daily in my role as the Director of Business Operations for a public transportation agency. In my position, I manage a team of data analysts, using my mathematics, critical thinking, and team-building skills to solve complex problems and improve efficiency.
Beyond my professional experience, I’ve also coached middle school basketball, which has helped me develop strong mentoring and teaching skills. I believe in adapting my communication style to fit the learning preferences of each student, ensuring that not only are we solving problems, but that you truly understand the underlying concepts and can apply them in various scenarios.
I’m confident that my approach will help you succeed, whether in mastering challenging material or gaining the confidence to tackle future math problems independently. Let’s work together and make learning both effective and enjoyable!
