About Jennifer
I am a painter and mixed media collage artist. I love using shapes and color with or without representational images to create art. I fluctuate between mixed media collage works, figure drawing, and abstraction. I also create vision boards for myself and would like to share this technique with others. I find it is an effective visual method of mapping goals, visualizing dreams, and introducing the scope of "what is possible" on our journey.
I work in oil, acrylic, goauche, hand made paper, magazine cut outs and ink, watercolor pencil, oil stick, on paper and canvas. I can make jewelry, and set up exercises and still life scenes for drawing.
I love creating and I truly enjoy helping people. Art is my refuge, always has been, and it can be used as a vehicle for overcoming self doubt as well as expressing joy or any other feelings we might want to process. The possibilities are endless...

I like to have the student tell me about themselves and any art experience or training they may have had and most importantly what they are looking to achieve through our sessions so I can best serve them.

Perfect! I liked liked how Jennifer said we could add anything to collage. She was very accepting of your all ideas and she gave good instructions to. I will definitely would recommend her class to other people. And her art work examples were so great.
