About Frank

I deliver to the home and use a shortcut wisdom approach along with foundational schooled training. I have given close to 50,000 lessons in my teaching career. I also offer online lessons. I teach Piano, Guitar and Voice.

I love teaching all ages and strive to help devolop the students strengths right away. I enjoy sharing my experience as a professional musican with my students.

I started teaching guitar and piano out of my parents house as a teenager.

While in college, I started teaching in music stores. In 1996 I started teaching at homes in the Indianapolis area.

I studied Jazz and Classical Piano at the Indiana University School of Music 1981-1987. I have performed in bands and as a solo act on guitar and piano for over 30 years.

About the lesson

i first am interested in the student as to their interests and try to find out why they are taking lessons. I try a variety plate of intruction approaches to see what fits and what is most inspiring to them. All the while I make sure proper form and fundamentals are stressed.

All types ranging from 5 to 80 years old. I have taught several stundents who went on to become professional musicians.

i would make sure the teacher understands what inspires you to want to learn the instument.

Lately I love playing local venues as things begin to reopen.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
How can I be the best overall musician I can be? How can I best find my strengths in playing the intrument?
