I cannot say enough good things about Lauri- I've never had a better piano teacher! As a child, I took piano lessons sporadically, but never consistent enough to play well. I'm now 24 and have been taking online lessons with Lauri for over a year, with incredible success! She pays attention to the things that are important to me and tailors each lesson to what I need to work on most. She teaches me how to practice each concept effectively so that I learn better. She's incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of music and great at answering questions. She's patient and she makes lessons fun! She has made it so I even prefer online lessons because of how easy they are with her. I'd recommend Lauri 1000x over!

Ms. Lauri came highly recommended to me through a mom group that I am in. My son (he is 9 and in the highly capable program, but as high cap kids can be, is very particular about how he processes and learns things) was showing interest in learning to play the piano. I wanted to make sure whoever taught him would be able to understand and be patient with him. My two boys started taking lessons with Lauri when they were in elementary school.
