About Tiffany

🌐 ONLINE LESSONS ONLY — Our studio is fully virtual so we can support students from anywhere with flexible, high-quality coaching. Hi! I’m Tiffany Colston- artist, performer, songwriter, dancer, actress, and owner of Tiffany Colston Studios. I’ve been teaching for over 15 years, and I’m a graduate of the Berklee College of Music. Helping people grow as artists is truly one of my greatest joys.

At TCS, we work with ages 7 and up in voice, acting, songwriting, piano, dance, public speaking, industry prep, and more. My goal is always to create a safe, uplifting space where students can express themselves, build confidence, and discover what makes their artistry special. Our team is made up of warm, talented, real-world performers, musicians, entertainers, and Berklee alumni. You’ll be learning from people who are active in the industry and love sharing their experience. We also host inspiring workshops and events featuring professionals from the music and entertainment world. Whether you’re brand new or looking to take things to the next level, we welcome all skill levels with open arms. We truly meet you where you are, and help you grow in a way that feels supportive, encouraging, and fun.

We offer flexible online lesson options so your training fits your life- and so you always feel connected, seen, and supported on your artistic journey.

I started out an instructor for Musical Arts of Exeter, Dover, and North Hampton. After 8 years I then purchased Musical Arts of Dover. After selling that performing arts school, I created Tiffany Colston Studios which breathes more of my passion, connections and values. I love what I do both on and off the stage!

I am a Berklee College of Music graduate! I hold a bachelors degree in Music Business. I am an Artist/Performer and have been a signed recording artist and recording for over 15 years. I have been performing for corporate events and weddings for over 15 years through numerous different entertainment companies. I am a songwriter and have shared the stage with numerous legends and greats including Earth Wind and Fire, Ray Greene, and many more! I do about 60 live concerts/shows a year all across the world!

About the lesson

Initially the student and I will get to know each other the first lesson and I will get to know the students voice and explore musical/performance goals with the student. Based on that, we create a plan together that is fitting to each student. Whether you are preparing for college, an audition, an industry audition, or more for confidence building and/or musical therapy, I design a plan to for the needs of the student from the start.

I have worked with such a large scale of different students from ages 4 all the way up 80. From the more serious student who is looking to utilize my industry connections and skill training, to the student who just needs and outlet and uses music to calm anxiety.

I’ve been taking piano lessons with Miss Tiffany at TCS Studios since 2021, and it’s truly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Her passion for music shines through in every lesson. She teaches with so much joy, patience, and encouragement that it’s impossible not to be inspired. When I started, I didn’t know how to play very well, and now I can sit down and play pieces by Beethoven and Bach with confidence. Tiffany has not only taught me how to play piano, but she’s also helped me rediscover how much music can feed the soul!

I love working with Tiffany! She has such a bright, bubbly personality that really shines through the way she supports her students and fellow instructors. I appreciate how she’s pushed me to grow vocally during our 1:1 sessions, and she’s helped me reconnect with piano so I could work on my playing skills too. She offers lots of workshop/training opportunities for various performance skills, and also hosts many virtual concerts throughout the year so students have opportunities to perform even though we may be spread out. If you’re looking for a place to start, reach out to Tiffany!

Tiffany and I have the BEST time in our lessons. She’s teaching me to sing and piano. We have become true friends because she is such a down to earth, incredible teacher. She lets me pick songs I actually want to sing and helps me find my voice rather than just copy the artist.

This app does not have enough stars available for this pro!!!! The amount of confidence and mentorship she has given my daughter during a very trying year is absolutely priceless! Her singing skills have improved astronomically and she is setting bigger goals daily. Tiffany’s love for teaching, music and children is absolutely palpable. It is a life mission rather than a mere vocation. Run do not walk to book this wonderful teacher before her classes fill up. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
