Ms. Hancock is easy to work with and gives good explanations. She will re-word anything that the student finds confusing or misleading, making sure the idea is grasped. She has a gentle touch for those who need it, and is always encouraging.

The extra activities outside personal lessons are rewarding: class recitals, master classes, public shows. These require substantial time and effort and are covered in lesson fees.

The studio at her house is well equipped. Lots of music selection. She is clearly educated and passionate about her work. She meets the student where they are and takes them to where they want to be.
