I am an experienced professional teacher with many years of Symphony experience as well as private and public teaching experience.

I love teaching private lessons.I keep my students motivated by letting them choose their favorite genre.

I love working with students of ALL ages.My youngest student is 6 years old and my oldest student is 64!

I have training in SUZUKI but will always evaluate the student to see if this method works for them.If not, I have other methods that I believe in and that work.

Perfect! I am a senior with little to no experience. In just a few months, Renee has me playing 5 page songs of music I love. It also helps the arthritis. I highly recommend. It is a great retirement hobby.

Perfect! My daughter has been taking flute lessons with Renee for over a year now. She, under Renee's tutelage, has scored a 100 on NYSSMA level 6 with piano accompaniment and was picked for AllState Symphonic Band. In addition to my daughter's playing improving, she also enjoys her time with Renee and loves Renee's teaching style. My daughter feels well prepared for her college auditions coming up.

Perfect! As a beginner Senior student, I am very appreciative of Renee's patience, skill, and interest in helping me progress. Her approach to playing pieces in the genre I enjoy is much appreciated. With her help my hand and mental dexterity has improved and I am enjoying the piano a great deal.
