He is honest, dedicated, patient, skilled, detail oriented, flexible, attentive, progressive and open minded to say the least. Jesus, has been working with me for a number of years as my Personal Trainer Mentor. I have accomplished goals such as weight loss, cardio endurance, overall strength as well as relaxation and improved dietary habits through his tailored programs and resources.
He listens to my requests and concerns with a keen ear and watches my form carefully as I move through physical changes over the years and he was and is ready and eager to structure my fitness program accordingly to keep me on track towards my goals. I look forward to many more years with my Mentor by my side as I continue on with my fitness journey. Thank you Jesus!
