About Isabella

I'm a very hardworking individual wanting to help anyone and everyone achieve their goals. I am currently a 19 year old female college student looking to help those in need, whether it be within fitness and health, or on the road to becoming an amazing soccer player. I absoluetly love to lend a helping hand to those in need when it comes to these two things I am so passionate about! I am a certified personal trainer through ISSA, as well as CPR/AED certified through ISSA. I have also played soccer since I was the age of 5, and played competitive travel soccer for more than 11 years of my life, as well as played on my high school's Varsity soccer team for 3 years, 2 of which I was the team captain! I am working so hard right now to build up an online clientele whether it be for personal training or for soccer coaching/training, in which would be in person. I do have a fitness page on instagram and you can find me using this user: (concealed information)

my personal email is: (concealed information)

Feel free to reach out to me through email, or through my instagram page and I will get back to you very soon!

I gradually started coaching soccer as I was playing the sport. I loved every aspect there is to it and would love the chance to coach those to the best of my ability.

I started personal training about a year ago when I found my love for the gym and realized that it's what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.

Helping those in soccer or in personal training is what i'm here for, I want to see people succeed and achieve their goals. I also want people to see the joy behind it all because there is so much happiness and so many positive memories I have made and found within soccer and personal training.

Throughout my competitive soccer years, I had the opportunity to train and coach youth soccer players/teams. I've loved being able to apply everything I know when it comes to soccer in order to help my student learn and understand how to improve in each and every aspect there is within the beautiful game of soccer. I am also a certified personal trainer through ISSA, as well as CPR/AED certified.

About the lesson

Learning everything I can about them so I can know how to move forward with whatever it may be. Getting to know clients/students on a personal level is always important to me because it helps me establish trust and a good foundation to our relationship!

For soccer, I have worked with younger kids for the most part.

For personal training I have worked with kids of my age or a little below my age.

I would tell them to have fun, and find the fun in whatever it is that they are doing. A lot of kids these days get pressured into sports or are stressed about their performance, and I can say that I was this kid during my soccer years. It's important to know how to have fun while also working hard because this is when you can learn so much by doing something you love!
