Hello, greetings. I do have an Associate Degree in Applied Science from New York University (NYU) in 1976, I used to work for NYU for nearly nine years, worked there as Employment Interviewer from 9:00am to 5:00pm and studied at NYu at night from 6:00pm to 10:00pm.

I studied at the Inter-American University of Puerto Rice where I obtained my Bachelors Degree in Business Management in 1985.

I am a 72 years old man, a Vietnam Veteran, honorable discharged from the U. S. Army-Vietnam in 1971.

I got my High School Diploma from Luis Munoz Rivera High School in 1966, worked with the Public Works Department for a short while after graduating.

In 1967 my family and I moved to New York, most of my family went back to Puerto Rico in 1972; however, I stayed because I was already working at NYU.

I did go back to Puerto Rico way back to 1987; however, I have lived in New Jersey for about four years.

My native language is Spanish; however, I did studied at NYU, and took 180 hours of just grammar courses, then I enrolled in an Associate Degree Program, and graduated in 1976 as already explained.

I speak Spanish and English fluently, and I would just like to help students with their spanish lessons.

Thank you very much indeed.

i used to also work with Automatic Data Processing where I worked as a Junior Executive teaching computer program systems to our sister companies. I was a travelling instructor in charge of teaching our employees the new computer systems dealing with Payroll Management.

About the lesson

I just would like to help students learn Spanish since Spanish has become in the United States it's second language.

Mainly adults; however, I am highly educated, and willing and able to teach any age students.

Please be sure you obtain a teacher who has two college degrees like myself, who have had experience in dealing with people most of my life. I am well disciplined and I am very open minded, and I would love to be able to teach students anything they would need to learn.

I am retired, and I spend most of my time conversing with my family members in Spanish and English, and I do correct my family members with their Spanish language skills.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
In looking for a teacher, students should ask if the teacher's native language is Spanish, and ask the hours teachers would be available to get their classes, in my case since I am retired i would be very flexible, so that is another question students ought to ask teachers, ask for special needs, and special hours because of their students need and time to take classes.

No, I would like to do this because it is important to be bi-lingual in the United States of America because of the many American Citizens who do need to learn Spanish besides English.

I would do this for the purpose of helping, money is not important to me. I would charge future student a very reaonsable fee, that it is not a major problem at all.
