About Chara
I started swimming at age 8 and also swam in college. I started coaching on my swim team for ages 5-15 when I was about 14 and continued until I was about 21. Also, i have been doing private lessons since i was 17 for competitive swimmers but also all levels of swimmers young and old just wanting to become more comfortable in the water, training for an event like a triathalon or competitive level swimmers who need more technique work.
