About Qichen
Qichen Guo, Taichi ,Qigong master, came from China,has received numerous honors both in China and the U.S. He has practiced Chen Taichi over 40 years, Currently, he teaches Taichi , Qigong ,Self defense, mental and physical balance,relaxation, and joints protection. He has regular classes at three locations: Pasadena, Los Angeles, west L.A. His teaching method emphasizes the fundamental principles and correct body mechanics. His full understanding of the theory of internal and External , incorporation of theory and techniques, and methodology of teaching have been well received by many.
