About Peter
Peter Wu is a certified Tai Chi instructor, teaching classes in City/ community centers, Orange County, Riverside YMCA, and Senior Living.
Peter studied authentic Tai Chi Chuan with Grand master Chen Xiao Xing , the 19th Generation linage holder of Chen Style Tai Chi Chuan, and his brother, Chen Xiao Wang. Peter further enhanced his studies to Qi-Gong, meditation, and Kung-Fu. Gold Medalist in the ICMAC (international Chinese Martial Art Championship) tournament in hand form and push hand.
As a long time practitioner and a full time instructor, Peter is committed to bring the best of Tai Chi Chuan to everyone he teaches.
Tai Chi is an Ancient Chinese art of relaxation, healing , and self-defense.
Its Gentle and fluent moves are ideal for everyone, regardless age and athletic ability.
A person doing tai chi is expected to move body slowly, gently, while being mindfulness and calm. Tai Chi is also well-recognized as "moving meditation."
