About David
My name is David, I'm a former college and tennis coach with 35 years of experience. I have developed a teaching methodology that has helped my students play tennis without the burdon of thinking about technique. The goal of my instruction is to set the right fundamentals and over time with repetition my students can develop automatic strokes such that they can go out and play with anybody in any situation!
I enjoy working with beginners and watching them grow in the game faster than they ever expected
I've been playing tennis since I was 10 years old. I played High school and college tennis and played and taught in local clubs
Recently I've taught at the Skokie, Glenview and Northbrook Park Districts.

David was a great coach. He was always very encouraging about my tennis skills and potential. I really enjoyed his lessons.
David was an excellent instructor. He has a good eye to analyze your stroke to determine what needs attention and the follow it through with appropriate drills. He is very passionate about the game and that comes through in his patience and dedication toward teaching.
Friendly, enthusiastic, good coach in terms of tennis skills and fitness.
I learned all the basics from David Jacod. I took up tennis for the first time 4 years ago and he was more than kind enough to take me under his wing and impart what he knows of the sport. Forever grateful.
