About Jonas
I have worked with world famous coaches like Peter Lundgren or Remigijus Balzekas. Therefore, I have developed a required skillset to help players achieve what they want to achieve. And of course, never forget to have fun while playing or teaching this game :)
I love coaching! I love explaining complex things in the most understandable way. That helps to achieve results quicker than usual.
I am a former junior professional player, played in D1 and D2 schools. I have been coaching for the past 5 years and have coached all sorts of levels: from complete beginners to very advanced players.

First, I want to understand what do they want to get out of their practice: improvement, fun time, good cardio or everything. Then I build the structure of the practice that encompasses things my client want to focus on. My number one thing is to provide my clients what they need/want :)
