My daughter looks forward to going to see Schuppe every week! She's patient, makes her feel good about where she is and has creative ways to help kids remember aspects of the mechanics required to hold the violin and bow. Layla looks forward to practicing and can't wait to learn more songs! Layla is shy most of the time with new people but she actually tells me to leave so she can have "Layla and Schuppe" time; which hasn't happened with anyone else, shes normally nervous being without me places. I'd give her 10 out of 5 if I could :)!

Dr. Wang has been an exceptional instructor. I returned to violin in my 50’s after playing in middle school and for a couple of years a decade ago. Her patience with me and my skill level, her willingness to adapt lessons to my interests, her flexibility in scheduling, and her acceptance of my need to balance work and family time with practice and lessons has helped reignite my passion and interest in music! As a beginner, he requires more repetition and detailed assistance to catch on to steps — Shupei is patient and makes sure the skill is obtained. But at the same time, she keeps it fun and professional. She is also very flexible with her schedule and given how busy school and activities can be, this has been a blessing.
