I played with Caden off and on for a few years when I needed to prepare auditions, and he was sooooo good for a last second cram sesh! Nobody prepares an audition like Caden, that's all I'm sayin. He'll really push you when you need, but still keeps it fun while getting sh** done.

I played for 6 years before I studied with Caden Olson, and was apprehensive to study with him due simply to his age. He surprised me, however, and I learned a great many things about the violin technically, as well as developed my sense of the music as a whole much better than I had in the past. Caden was my teacher for a few years as I started to learn how to play, and he really made it easy to enjoy. My other teacher was way too hard on me, but Caden made sure that he knew how hard I wanted to work, which really made the whole thing better for me.
