About Cynthia

Every person is different and has different challenges. We work together to make sure you accomplish each technique regardless of the challenges.

Adults and children study differently, learning from different materials as well as similar materials. All will learn to play by ear and from notes giving each student a complete skill set.

Children all study the Suzuki method with note reading added as soon as it is age appropriate.

All students are encouraged to perform at recitals of different types; group playing, chamber music, and solo work.

I love seeing children and adults achieve at a high level; watching how learning the violin teaches life skills and enhances the development of every person regardless of age.

Students study primarily in person because online lessons limit the ability to teach technique and to learn good sound. Occasional online lessons are permitted for children and adults who are ill, but well enough for an online lesson.

Primarily, I serve the west metro area including Hopkins, Minnetonka, Plymouth, Wayzata, Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, Chaska, Edina, St. Louis Park, Golden Valley and more. Give me a call, let's find a lesson time, get focused and play violin!

About the lesson

Violin lessons offered by Cynthia are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Minnetonka. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
