My approaches are communication based. Meaning that I do assessments to determine which approach to take with the student to maximize their understanding of subject concepts, gain interest and learn how solve challenging problems with critical way of thinking. My approach is abstract as every student learn differently while some adapt to the one method.
I am very genuine when it comes to the success of my students. I am always well prepared, and tend to prepare my students for their subject exams and assignments well to an independence level.
