About Anthony
Anthony Kingsley completed his Alexander Teacher Training in 1986, and has studied extensively with several of the first generation of teachers to be qualified by Alexander; these include: Patrick Macdonald, Doctor Barlow and Majory Barlow, Miss Goldie and Walter Carrington.
Anthony has been the director of The Alexander Studio, Golders Green in North London, since 1993 where he maintains his private practice. Anthony has been training teachers in London since 1990, and assisted in the training of over 100 Alexander Technique Teachers who are now working in the UK and throughout the world. Anthony is head of training at the Alexander Teacher Training School (ATTS), which offers a three-year professional teacher training in the Alexander Technique.

Anthony Kingsley has been teaching the Alexander Technique for nearly 40 years. Anthony has evolved a powerful mind-body approach to the Alexander Technique. He refers to his unique Alexander brand as ‘Trauma-informed and Emotionally Literate” Alexander Technique.
Anthony’s work can be part of a therapeutic journey of emotional healing and integration..
Lessons involve simple everyday activities including sitting, standing and walking. Anthony uses gentle hands-on guidance to invite the pupil into a mind-body state of safety, ease and relaxation.
The result of this guidance includes an increase in poise, confidence and resilience.

Details
Sessions are usually 30 minutes and are charged at £100
An initial Consultation which is normally 45 minutes is advised for the first session. This is charged at £150.
The free Session is a telephone Consultation for 15 minutes where you can ask any questions in order to decide whether to embark on a series of sessions with me.
I am happy to chat and discuss best options with you.
