Whether you’re new to combat sports or looking to refine your techniques, I offer personalized lessons in boxing, judo, Thai boxing, and a variety of martial arts disciplines. My lessons will teach you everything from footwork, punches, and defense in boxing, to throws, grips, and ground control in judo. Thai boxing lessons will focus on striking techniques and clinch work. In addition, I provide training in martial arts such as karate, kickboxing, kung-fu, Krav Maga, MMA, taekwondo, and more, focusing on both technique and fitness. Each lesson is designed to help you develop strength, agility, and mental focus, no matter your skill level.
