About Bahar

I am a Ph.D.-trained engineer and educator with 15+ years of experience teaching mathematics, physics, and engineering from K–12 to graduate university levels. With a strong academic background in Electrical and Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and teaching experience at leading institutions such as Arizona State University and Simon Fraser University, I specialize in building deep conceptual understanding and advanced problem-solving skills.

I support students across major Canadian universities (UBC, SFU, UVic, BCIT) in core subjects including calculus, linear algebra, circuits, dynamics, and engineering fundamentals. My teaching combines structured, step-by-step instruction with real-world engineering applications, tailored to each student’s learning style and goals.

My approach emphasizes clarity, critical thinking, and independence—helping students gain confidence, achieve strong academic results, and develop lasting skills for success in technical fields.
