About the lesson
I help youth and adults cope with everday life and help some with even more difficult challenges. Simply put what I offer is in depth healing through the visual arts! Whether that be painting, mixed media, college, photography etc. Art allows the unspeakable to be spoken, it awakens and sparks process, and helps children and adults in all sorts of beautiful ways express themselves in ways they other wise couldn't. These sessions use the creative process of making art to improve a person's physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

About Sarah
I'm a 3rd year student at Emily Carr University of Art and Design. Was also accepted into the Art Institute of Chicago (currently ranked 9th in the world) at age 19. I have a background in early childhood education working with children with special needs and currently work as an Expressive Arts Therapist with troubled youth at a local recovery house.
