My method of teaching is: I firstly give out an introduction of the subject and where it's originate. Then give out all the small and easy words plus their meanings, how to pronounce them as well as how to write them.
Then based on the performance and understanding of the learner I proceed and teach all the big and hard words with their meanings, how to pronounce and write them, where and when to use them.
