About Jessica
I've been hooked on Reality TV for most of my adult life and my love for Reality TV has led me to this point where I am now able to help others learn more about the inner workings of this addictive genre that plays out on TV and YouTube.
I put in hard work and long hours of studying to get to where I am today. Part of my background lies in teaching, training, coaching and mentoring. The other part lies in the media industry. I’ve worked in PR, copywriting, and branding, but got swept up in film and television after doing a film course in 2008. In 2009 I registered my Film and TV Production company and over the last decade I’ve shadowed seasoned professionals, ran two successful international film competitions as a Producer, won a wildlife film competition, was Assistant Manager for the Durban International Film Festival, and I presently sit on the board of directors for SWIFT (Sisters Working in Film & Television).
