About Christina
I am a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a health and business background. I studied Ayurveda, as well as hatha yoga, yin yoga, pranayama (breathing) techniques, and meditation. I started to practice yoga on and off 12 years ago, with the past two years being more focused and intense.
