I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to guide you through the fascinating world of Information Technology (IT). My name is Mercedes, and I am dedicated to helping you develop a strong foundation in this field.
Beyond my academic pursuits, I have another great passion: automobiles. As a "petrol head," I find immense fascination in the intricate technology that powers modern vehicles. This fascination translates into my teaching approach, as I am driven to help others comprehend complex IT concepts and appreciate the wonders of technology.

As a tutor with a first-class honours degree in IT, my approach to teaching is student-centered and interactive. I believe in creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and participating actively.
