I always prepare my lessons to be engaging and enjoyable for my students. I like to assure that students are never board and that they can feel free to speak to me and tell me about their day all while learning this new language.
You can expect a typical lesson plan to go as so:
Begin by talking about how their day went
Reviewing what we had worked on last time
Teaching a new subject (this can vary depending on the students needs. Ex: vocabulary, reading strategies, writing strategies and etc. )
Then to finish off A fun game that I have prepared to make sure that they have understood the concept.
