About Bea

I completed the TEFL (Teach English as a Foreign Language) course in March of 2024 and aspire to be a language teacher of both english and Italian as a second language. I have a solid understanding of how language lessons are taught to be most effective and engaging not only due to the intensive course, but also by having a parent who has taught Italian online for years and taught me the ropes. I grew up fluent in both English and Italian, so feel confident in teaching both languages.

As an aspiring language teacher, tutoring is a fantastic place to gain experience. I am confident I can deliver engaging and educational lessons, inspiring visible progress in understanding and making it enjoyable in the process. Seeing as my teaching is tailored to any specific requests, this should be enjoyable both for student and tutor alike.

In 2023, I completed a bachelor's degree in Ancient History and Philosophy.

About the lesson

1 hour lessons generally include written and translation exercises, depending on the level of fluency wanting to be learnt. Proper pronunciation will also be taught among oral exercises. Very laid back and non-pressured lessons, perfect for any younger students/ university students who are beginners or even already have some knowledge of the language and want to perfect their understanding. Any one older is also welcome to contact, for lessons can be tailored to any specific topic. Whatever you have an interest in, we can study.
