About Mariana

I am deeply sensitive to music, which I see not only as an artistic expression but as something fundamental to the human experience and a truly universal language that transcends cultural and linguistic boundaries. Music has the power to communicate emotions, ideas, and stories in ways that words often cannot, creating meaningful connections between people. Teaching, for me, is a serious and meaningful responsibility—one that I approach with dedication, passion, and a strong sense of professionalism. I am committed to creating an environment where learning is both rigorous and inspiring. Being able to transmit and share my love of music with my students is something I find truly remarkable. Witnessing their curiosity grow, their skills develop, and their relationship with music deepen is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work, and it continually reinforces my belief in the transformative power of education and the arts.

About the lesson

The lessons are dynamic and fully personalized, designed to progress gradually according to each student’s level, learning pace, and specific areas for development. Every student receives an individualized approach that ensures both solid technical foundations and steady artistic growth.

For music theory (solfège), instruction is structured thematically, allowing students to develop a comprehensive understanding of musical language. This includes work on music reading, rhythmic and melodic dictation, sight-singing, and related exercises that strengthen listening skills, accuracy, and musical comprehension.

For flute instruction, the learning process runs in parallel across several essential areas. Special attention is given to technical development, tone quality, and breath control, as well as articulation, finger agility, and technical virtuosity. At the same time, musicality and interpretation are emphasized, helping students not only to master the instrument but also to express themselves artistically with confidence and sensitivity.
