About Paul

I have trained chefs for over 30 years. French and International Cuisine are my specialisms. I am a sculptor in natural products and have three volumes of poetry which I have written and have been published. I am an assessor and verifier in Hospitality and Catering subjects and have taught English and Maths up to GCSE levels. I am also trained to Advanced level in Food Safety and deliver appropriate courses. Nutrition and Healthy Eating are also part of my competencies which I have also taught for over twenty years, training students from Primary schools up to and including adults in the Hospitality and Catering industries. I enjoy walking, climbing and music including being part of a band, playing guitar and singing. Oh yes and I have a great sense of humour!
