I don't teach everyone the same way, but tailor my teaching methods to each individual person's strengths to ensure lessons are effective and safe. Everyone's body is unique and moves in a different way, so I will help you find what feels good while gently pushing you to expand your limits.

About Sophie
I am a former competitive dancer, contortionist and dance teacher with a love for stretching, yoga and holding tricks. I found a passion for teaching dance at a young age, and continue to practice and work on my own flexibility daily using the techniques I learned while training as a dancer and teaching.
