Methodology
I want my students to feel as confident as possible and to be able to feel as though they are improving. I work through problem areas slowly and make sure to leave room in a class for creativity and self expression. A first class would start with a warmup, some technique exercises, improv and/or a combo and we can adjust as we go along so students are getting the most out of these classes.
Background
I am currently a Psychology undergrad student but I have been dancing for 15 years. I graduated from an Arts high school with a Regional Arts Dance Program diploma. I have taught young children and high school students with little to no experience, so I can change difficulty depending on level!
