About Mallory
Hi! I’m your guide to finding your voice, and I bring a pretty wild toolkit to the table. My background is a mashup of Disney "Face Character" magic and high-stakes Corporate L&D leadership.
Whether I was creating "once-in-a-lifetime" moments in a theme park or designing global training strategies for brands like Vimeo and Holiday Inn, the core lesson was the same: Connection is everything. In my classes, we bridge the gap between "theatrical presence" and "professional authority." I’m here to help you shed the "corporate robot" shell using improv techniques that kill stage fright, paired with the hospitality-driven communication I honed at Holiday Inn and the tech-forward agility of Vimeo.

My sessions are a unique blend of theme park magic and corporate strategy. I combine my background as a Disney Face Character with my career as a Learning & Development professional at global brands like Vimeo and Holiday Inn to give you a toolkit that is as enchanting as it is practical.
From my time in the "Disney bubble," I bring the art of unwavering presence and character commitment. You’ll learn how to "stay in it" regardless of distractions, mastering the non-verbal cues and emotional intelligence required to truly connect with an audience. We’ll ditch the stiff, rehearsed persona and tap into the "performance energy" that makes a message memorable.
From my L&D tenure at Vimeo and Holiday Inn, I bring the science of how people actually learn and retain information. This isn't just about "feeling good" on stage; it’s about instructional design for the voice. We’ll use improv to break down mental barriers and public speaking drills to sharpen your professional authority.
