About Serena

My name is Serena Tricia Heerah, and I am a passionate teacher who enjoys helping students learn and grow. I have experience teaching a variety of grade levels and subjects, with a strong background in both English and French. I strive to create a classroom where every student feels welcomed, respected, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

I am a caring, patient, and hardworking person who enjoys building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. My experiences in education and childcare have strengthened my communication, organization, and leadership skills while reinforcing my belief that every child can succeed with the right support.

Outside of teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and embracing my Mauritian heritage. I am currently preparing for one of the most exciting chapters of my life as I look forward to welcoming my first child. This journey has made me even more appreciative of the importance of kindness, compassion, and lifelong learning.

I believe in approaching life with dedication, optimism, and a willingness to continue learning. Whether in the classroom or in my personal life, I aim to make a positive difference in the lives of those around me.

About the lesson

My teaching method is well implied. I love teaching and learning French as a language. I will make sure the person practice everyday. Repeat until memorize a sentence each day. French is a language that is very useful for everyone, especially if you live in countries like Canada, France, etc. And I'll be willing to teach from the beginning and you reach each steps well.
