About Jack
I am a recently graduated mathematics student from the University of Leeds, now tutoring in and around the Leeds area. I have always had a passion for mathematics, and deliver tutoring in a friendly, colloquial style adaptable to different abilities. My father has been a head of mathematics at schools for the past 30 years, and in the past has written and marked multiple GCSE exam papers, so I have an extensive, insightful and unique background into the field. I am a full time athlete so my working hours are extremely flexible, and I really enjoy seeing progression in students. I have a lot of resources to aid many different abilities, from students struggling in their school, to students striving for a pass, to students really pushing for a level 9 at their GCSE's. I am available to travel and can tutor in many different ways if required.

I have a wide range of resources available from practice questions to past exam questions, that can cater for any ability of student. We can discuss if you have specific areas of study you need assistance on (eg. quadratics) or if you'd prefer to work through each part of the course step by step. Progress can be seen by attempting real past exam questions or similar style questions to then give a good indication of knowledge on the subject. I think its important to encourage learning by making the environment fun and relaxed, whilst also showing measurable signs of improvement.
