About Sasi
I am a passionate and friendly Math tutor with 6 years of teaching experience. I have taught students from Standard 4, 5 and 6 as well as Form 1, 2 and 3. My main focus is helping students understand Mathematics clearly and build confidence in solving problems.
My teaching style is patient, encouraging and student-focused. I explain concepts step by step using simple methods and examples that students can easily understand. I also adjust my teaching approach according to each student's level, learning pace and individual needs.
One of my strengths is identifying areas where students are struggling and helping them improve gradually. I believe that every student can improve in Mathematics with the right guidance, practice and encouragement.
I hold a Degree in Industrial Chemistry and a Master of Science (Advanced Material) from UMP. I am available for one-to-one online Math tutoring for students in Standard 4, 5 and 6.

I plan my lessons based on the student's current level, school syllabus and areas that need improvement. I usually begin by assessing the student's understanding of the topic before introducing new concepts.
My lessons focus on clear explanations, step-by-step problem solving and plenty of guided practice. I use simple examples and different approaches when necessary to make difficult Maths topics easier to understand.
I also encourage students to explain their thinking and attempt questions independently rather than simply memorising formulas or answers. Regular practice and revision are included to strengthen their understanding and build confidence.
For students who need extra support, I focus on their weak areas and provide additional exercises and guidance. For students who are already doing well, I provide more challenging questions to help them progress further.
