About Dan
Hi! I'm a recent GCSE student who will be studying Biology, Chemistry and Economics at A-level. Biology has always been one of my favourite subjects because I've always been fascinated by the human body and how it works, which is also why I hope to become a doctor in the future.
I decided to become a tutor because I genuinely enjoy helping others. During my own GCSEs, I know what it felt like to struggle with certain topics and wish I had someone who could explain them in a simple, clear way. That's the kind of tutor I aim to be for my students.
My teaching style is friendly, patient and encouraging. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my explanations to suit each individual and break complex topics down into manageable steps. I also place a strong emphasis on exam technique by regularly using GCSE-style questions to help students apply their knowledge, build confidence and perform well in their exams.
My goal is not just to help students achieve better grades, but to help them genuinely understand and enjoy Biology.

Hi! I'm a recent GCSE student with a genuine passion for Biology and experience studying both the content and exam techniques needed to succeed. I teach both Triple and Combined GCSE Biology.
Throughout my GCSEs, Biology was one of my favourite subjects because I enjoyed understanding how the human body, cells, genetics, ecology and other biological systems work. My passion for the subject motivated me to work hard and develop effective revision methods that I'm excited to share with my students.
My lessons are friendly, patient and tailored to each student's needs. I focus on making difficult topics easy to understand, building confidence, and helping students improve their exam technique using clear explanations, practice questions and revision strategies.
