About Jaskiran
I have been teaching since the beginning of my career. I'm passionate about helping people understand and pass their maths qualifications because I know how useful they can be at opening doors to future opportunities. I love maths, but understand the frustrations of those who don't - I enjoy helping students find a way to get through their exams and enjoy the process, too! I have worked in schools in London and Brighton and Hove, during and after my time at university. I have also worked as a mentor and tutor since 2008. I myself am studying for further qualifications in financial services - so I understand the struggles of studying for exams and the need to make learning more interesting.

I work with children and adults working towards Maths qualifications, covering KS3, GCSE and A Level. I combine a student-led approach to fill gaps in knowledge, with exam focus to encourage active learning and preparation. I'm patient and understanding, bringing over 10 years of experience working in schools, as a private tutor and in special needs education. Lessons can be between 60 - 90 mins depending on the level and age of the student.
