About Candice

I have been dancing for as long as I can remember and have performed and competed in various styles such as jazz, hip hop, bachata, and salsa. My diverse background in dance, coupled with performances in talent shows as a singer and participation in numerous theater musicals, has enriched my teaching approach. With over 4 years of professional teaching experience, I have assisted in choreographing several team bachata routines and taught at multiple dance studios in the GTA. Trained and coached by 9-time World Salsa Summit champions, I bring a high level of expertise and passion to my classes. My goal is to provide personalized instruction tailored to each student's learning style, ensuring a fun and effective learning experience. I look forward to the opportunity to be your instructor and to help you achieve your dance goals with confidence and enjoyment!

With years of experience in teaching and performing, I offer a supportive and energetic environment where you can grow your dancing skills, boost your confidence, and enjoy the vibrant world of Latin dance. I have a car and can travel a reasonable distance to teach classes, making it convenient for you. Additionally, I have access to a large yoga studio with full-length mirrors free of charge, so you don’t have to worry about the hassle or extra cost of a studio fee. Let's dance and have fun together!

Her experience and love for the art provides me with a safe and attentive container to learn and improve fast.
I have been to group classes and even with great teachers I was never able to get such a good foundation and confidence as I am getting with Candice.

She is friendly and open to discussion - but you have to do the footwork and moves the right way! She is a profesional dancer and the moves are also instructed that way.
