About Laura
I am a musicologist and have experience in music history, taught at the University a seminar on new music. Because of my training, I have a deeper knowledge about European music history and music theory. As a musician I move within the soundart and free improvisation scene and may help the pupil / student to become emancipated from the limits and allow a new approach to music concept.

I share my love for the piano and we can make a journey through the eras of music history and how techniques of composition and expression have changed over time. I specialize in the field of free improvisation, in which we get rid of common rules and can find our own expression with the instrument. A piano can be much more than playing given sheets; everyone can realize its own access and learn to experiment with the variety of sound and expression. I am addressing beginners who want to learn the instrument from scratch; I can support Forge Exceeded in the field of classical, pop and new music in their work on pieces and I can teach, whether beginner or advanced, the advanced game possibilities of the instrument and the way into free playing. Here we can explore limits and dedicate ourselves to increasing the self-expression.
We will bring humor, fun and personality into the music. Music is more than closely set limits. Here I follow the credo of John Cage: "Everything is music".
