About Courtney
I have my 200hr yoga certificate and have been practicing yoga for 10 years. I have taught almost every kind of yoga and love my job and the people I get to met. Having a dance background has helped bring balance and flexibility to my practice. I graduated high school from grande prairie composite high and have two years of fitness leadership.

I base my classes on the style of yoga I am teaching e.g. yin, vinyasa flow , prenatal yoga, etc.. but I found what works best for me is to teach from my heart and who is in my class and base it on a skill level everyone can participate or feel challenged
