About Mia
I have always enjoyed maths but I haven't always found it as easy to pick up as I do now. The support I got from my teachers was what made me love it even more and that is why I want to help other people find confidence in the subject. Maths is often hated by students, particularly at GCSE, but I believe understanding maths is the first step to enjoying it, and sometimes an enthusiastic teacher is all that is missing.

I can provide help with GCSE and A Level maths topics.
I studied with the exam board OCR at A Level but I can help with the content from any board.
I will always bring explanation sheets and practice questions to lessons and work through them with students. I also sometimes set a few questions for students to work through independently, which I will be able to mark and use to assess progress.
Lessons tend to be an hour long but I'm happy to accommodate different needs.
I've tutored students for GCSE maths before, so I have been able to refine the structure of my lessons.
