About Krisana
Hi! I'm Krisana MacLeod, a recent graduate of Saint John High School who will be attending the Florida Institute of Technology in the fall of 2027. I have been swimming competitively for over ten years, gaining experience through both my club and high school teams.
I started as an assistant coach in 2023 for my club here in Saint John, and since then, I have developed a passion for helping swimmers improve and build confidence in the water.
I understand the dedication, focus, and discipline it takes to succeed in this sport. Technique is just as important as swimming hard, and it takes years to develop.
My goal therefore is to provide swimmers with focused technical guidance that they can apply to their regular practices, helping them become more confident and efficient.
