With a degree in Human Biology, working out for 10 years and investing in multiple coaches that have helped and trained me to make gains and improve my strength and physique; I can easily help any beginner take their fitness up a notch while being able to afford it as well. If you are looking for one on one training at the gym, the rate would be 59$ per workout or 195$ for 5 Workouts or 299 for 10 Workouts.
If you are looking for fitness scheduling, nutrition plan, workout programs or stretching programs, those are just 39$ each (complete and individual program)
