About Kristen

With 9 years of teaching experience in French, I have guided 150 to 200 High School and College students in achieving their learning goals with confidence and clarity. My teaching philosophy is based on patience, clarity, and a student-focused approach. I believe that every student has the ability to succeed when given the right guidance and support.

I design my lessons to be clear, structured, and interactive, combining grammar, vocabulary, and conversation practice. I also use real-life examples to make lessons more relatable and easier to understand. I encourage students to participate actively, which helps them build confidence and improve their communication skills.

One of my notable achievements is helping students who once struggled with French achieve strong academic results and become confident learners.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology focuses on making French simple, engaging, and useful. I use real-life examples, conversations, and case studies to show how the language is used in everyday life. This helps students understand better and remember concepts easily.

I follow a flexible teaching style where lessons are adapted according to each student’s needs and learning speed. Some students may need more focus on grammar, while others may want to improve speaking or writing skills. I adjust my approach to support each learner effectively.

I strongly believe in collaboration. I involve students in discussions, practice sessions, and activities that build confidence. My teaching environment is friendly and compassionate, so students feel encouraged and motivated throughout their learning journey.

In addition to French, I also teach related areas like vocabulary building, reading comprehension, writing skills, and basic linguistics. I also include cultural insights to help students understand the language in a broader context.
