About Nishwat
I am a year 12 student currently in the midst of my A-levels. I chose to take all 3 sciences and maths as my subjects, I'm a bit of a nerd. But I wasn't always. I was bottom set in maths in Middle school/secondary school. My maths has always fluctuated but with perseverance and help from my own tutor, I have now got a GCSE qualification in mathematics of grade 8 and a level 2 certificate in further maths which I can show to the world. Maths is hard but only if you make it hard. I don't want to teach just for the sake of teaching, I want to teach so I can show more younger students that you just need to try.

Lessons shall be interactive, maths is a subject of practice, and I teach through questions. I will teach my students the same way I would like to be taught. first, we will begin with spec points, we will focus on filling gaps in knowledge, then move to link topics together. Each lesson will consist of 20 minutes of me working with the student, during which we will have one-to-one teaching of any given topic of weakness, followed by 1hr 30 mins of student working through questions with the questions becoming more challenging as we go through each topic, with me on stand by to answer any grievances. Students shall hopefully gain confidence as time goes on. I shall set minimal homework after each lesson that will be looked over and checked in the next session. Do not get stressed as homework is to ensure the retention of knowledge.
